Journalist / Content Creator / Videographer
Hi, I am Nelson Walker, a journalist, content creator and videographer. I am a Gold Standard NCTJ qualified journalist. I have just completed my Journalism Studies with Study Abroad degree at The University of Sheffield in the United Kingdom.
I am extremely passionate about TV and Video Journalism, with strong interests in geography, languages, travel and documentaries. I particularly love human-interest, climate and environmental stories.
I have done placements with Sky News in London, ITV Calendar in Leeds, Deadline Digital in Barnsley and The Star in Sheffield. l have recently been doing some freelance reporting and videography. I am looking to begin my professional career in broadcast and multimedia journalism.
