Net Zero 2050: How do we get there? (Mini-Documentary)

#documentary #journalism #netzero

In my first-ever mini-documentary, I explore many technologies, industries and practices that are going to be key as the United Kingdom works towards reaching net zero emissions by 2050. The UK has a legal obligation to reach carbon neutrality by 2050 which was enshrined into law by the Theresa May government in 2019.

I produced this piece for my Final Project at The University of Sheffield.

A huge thank you to the amazing Emma Leyva for filming assistance, support and encouragement, and Chris Chohan for guidance, feedback and advice on shaping the documentary.

Weetabix Wildcats application window opens soon

It was great fun and a fantastic experience last week to head down to St George's Park in #Sheffield to film and put together this video for the Sheffield and #Hallamshire County #FA.

#WeetabixWildcats is a fun, friendly and supportive programme enabling girls aged 5 to 11 to get into football in a non-competitive environment and make new friends.

The application window for clubs and schools to become new Weetabix Wildcats providers opens soon and it is the perfect time to do so with the UEFA Women's European Championship coming to #SouthYorkshire this summer.
